  1. First Law: Books are for use
  2. Second Law: Every person his or her book
  3. Third Law: Every book its reader
  4. Fourth Law: Save the time of the reader
  5. Fifth Law: A library is a growing organism

Initially, the Medi-Caps Group established separate libraries at the International Institute of Foreign Trade & Research (1999), Medi-Caps Institute of Technology & Management (2000), and Medi-Caps Institute of Science & Technology (2009) in compliance with UGC/AICTE guidelines. In 2016, the three libraries were merged to form the Central Library of Medi-Caps University, which is housed in a standalone building spanning 35,000 square feet and comprising three floors. The library's vast collection of books and periodicals is spread across all floors, providing easy access to students and faculty. The Central Library also provides access to a range of electronic resources, including online databases, e-books, and e-journals, which can be accessed from anywhere on campus through the university's Wi-Fi network. The library is staffed by experienced and knowledgeable professionals who are dedicated to helping students and faculty members find the information they need to succeed in their academic pursuits. With its extensive collection and comprehensive services, the Central Library is a vital resource for the academic community at Medi-Caps University.
